At Watchempire.in, we take pride in delivering high-quality timepieces. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
📦 Returns
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used or damaged products (not caused during transit)
- Missing original packaging or accessories
- Customized or special-order items
🔁 Return Process
- Email us at watchempire04@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order ID and reason for return
- Our team will review and arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable)
- Once received, the product will undergo a quality inspection
💰 Refunds
- Refunds are initiated after successful inspection
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we cover the return shipping cost
- For all other reasons, a nominal return fee may be deducted from your refund
🔁 Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in cases of:
- Defective product
- Wrong item delivered
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos as proof
- We will prioritize a replacement or full refund

If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank/payment provider
